As a fashionable individual, you’ll have to choose between buying clothes and buying books at some point. Because books are non-negotiable in college, you’ll need to know where to purchase to get the most out of your (limited) funds. There are numerous bargain clothes outlets where you may get apparel for less than $500. But which ones are worth visiting and which ones aren’t? Some low-cost shopping sites are fantastic, but many are simply low-cost! There are a plethora of budget clothing companies selling beautiful outfits at reasonable costs… You only need to know where to look.
Dollar store apparel will not suffice if you have champagne taste on a beer budget. You must shop in the appropriate locations. One more tip for gorgeous ladies, FashionSaviour allows you to shop with some discount vouchers, which allows you to stay within your $500 budget.

Lulus began as a vintage business called LuLu’s Fashion Lounge in California. It is a terrific place to shop if you want to add trendy yet casual pieces to your closet without breaking the budget. They are known for their inexpensive, slightly boho-styled clothes within a budget of $500.
The firm also has an event-wear range of dresses for marriages and formals, in addition to their everyday clothing collection, which includes anything from basic bodysuits to swimsuits. They also sell jewellery, handbags, shoes, scarves, and cosmetics.
I’d never been inside a Kohl’s store before. However, I’ve spent enough time on their enormous website to know that they provide a wide range of affordable clothing, shoes, bags, collectables and bathing suits starting from $500. While some of their products are geared toward an older demographic, there are still plenty of contemporary, youthful selections available.
The nicest part about Kohl’s is that they have a large selection of sizes, from plus-sized to tiny to juniors, so no matter what size you are, you’ll be able to find something! Their beauty area is also fairly excellent, so if you’re trying to alter your style without spending too much money, I’d recommend checking it out.
eBay and Etsy
I chose to combine eBay and Etsy because they are comparable in that they both allow individuals, instead of brands, to sell things directly to consumers. The key distinction between the two is that Etsy focuses more on selling handmade items or vintage products, whereas eBay focuses more on reselling old (or new) items.
One thing to bear in mind–especially when shopping on eBay–is that you must ensure that the vendor from whom you are purchasing is trustworthy and safe. So far, my experiences with Etsy have only been great and also in budgeted $500. Nonetheless, I recommend exercising extreme caution when purchasing vintage stuff. This is because, unlike with handcrafted things, there is more possibility for exaggeration and/or lying.
Francesca’s is a store that provides inexpensive boutique-style apparel, jewellery, and accessories. They also have a beautiful assortment of home and beauty goods. Francesca has a calm and feminine design that reminds me of a less pricey Anthropologist.
One of my favourite things about Francesca’s is how they interpret trends in a more subtle and wearable way than some other budget-friendly stores. Furthermore, the merchandise appears to be of reasonable quality for the price. As a result, if you’re seeking fashionable and feminine pieces, you should definitely pay it a visit!
If you want J. Crew’s colourful, preppy-with-a-twist aesthetic but can’t afford their prices. Check out J.Crew Factory, the brand’s equally stylish but more inexpensive collection. While J.Crew Factory’s pricing isn’t always the cheapest. They are clearly the best value for money. Especially when it comes to workday essentials like blazers and trousers, which may fall under the $500 column.
The nicest part about J.Crew Factory is that they occasionally offer items that appear exactly like those sold at J.Crew. But for a fraction of the cost! You’ll have to wait till later in the season, and they only do this with select things, so be patient. J.Crew Factory sells clothing as well as shoes, bags, accessories, pyjamas, and jewellery under $500. Furthermore, you may visit OffOnShoes, to get your hands with new and trendy shoes under $500.
