Troubleshooting Steps:

Restart the Orbi Satellite:

This is one of the best troubleshooting steps and one of the effective solutions that can resolve this issue. What you need to do is to turn off the satellite and leave it off for a few minutes and then turn it on again. 

You will see the solid blue light will appear and in most cases. It will disappear after at least a minute. 

Reboot the Orbi Network:

If you find out that the previous step is not able to fix the Ori satellite stuck on the blue light issue, then it is recommended to restart the entire Orbi network. This means that what you need to do is to power down the Orbi router, the modem, as well as the satellites.

• The first thing that you need to do is to turn off the modem and then disconnect it from the power source. 
• Then turn off the Orbi router and then disconnect it from the power source.
• After that turn off the satellites as well.
• Then connect the modem with the power and then turn it on.

Sync Router as Well as the Satellite:

• Make sure that you connect the satellite with the power source and then power it on. 
• The satellite ring is going to turn white as well as Magenta.
• After that on the router, you need to find and press the Sync button on the satellite for at least 120 seconds. 
•  After that wait for the sync process to complete. Well, during this process the satellite ring is going to blink and then turn to solid blue if the connection is very good or the amber if the connection is just fair. The light is just going to blick for at least 3 minutes and then disappear. If the sync has not been successful, then it is going to turn to magenta. 

Check all the Cables:

Well, a loose cable or a connector sometimes can make the whole network unusable as well as unstable. As a result, the blue light is always going to stay on. Although it is very easy as well to check if this is the real reason behind this issue.
