I was determined to stick with my diet, but it wasn’t easy. It felt like just one thing after another that I wanted so badly in the food store. At home tempted me into breaking my promise not to eat them all day long!

But then something clicked – these weren’t really foods; they were triggers for emotional eating when feeling overwhelmed and under pressure.

But clearly, this had become an obsessive habit over time due to its association with a society.
